    We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and proactive HR Support Staff to assist our Human Resources team with administrative and operational tasks.

    This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR processes and providing excellent support to the various HR teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the Benefits team to create Purchase Orders in the Oracle system for all our vendors globally, managae invoices, follow through on approvals and ensure timeliness with all associated processes.
    • Support the team to enter all enrollment data and update information with appropriate providers.
    • Help document processes and ensure they are regularly updated with any changes.

    What you will do:

    • Lead vulnerability remediation initiative and help create mitigation plan
    • Package and execute application deployments using MECM, Intune, PSADT and Patch My PC platforms
    • Perform advanced troubleshooting on desktop/laptop related issues at scale

As part of the squad, you will collaborate with system Analysts, Full-Stack Developers, and Data Engineers to develop a data platform on AWS. You will thrive in an innovative and collaborative environment that emphasises knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help in designing a modern technical architecture on Cloud Native accounts – AWS

    We’re looking for a Interim Financial Reporting Analyst  to provide short-term support during a transition period between external consulting support and the return of a permanent employee from maternity leave. The focus will be on preparing and updating local GAAP financial statements for multiple European legal entities, using prior period financials and established reporting templates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and update local GAAP statutory financial statements for EU branches, primarily Poland and Czech Republic, with additional exposure to Spain, Italy, and France.
    • Leverage prior period financials to roll forward statutory accounts.
    • Set up and maintain financial statements in Oracle FCCS.
    • Prepare supporting schedules using Excel and Word reporting templates.
    • Coordinate with external consultants to ensure consistency and continuity.
    • Perform basic accounting research related to local GAAP requirements.
