    As a Service Desk Specialist you will be a part of Global Delivery Service Operations unit and a member of the Service Desk team, who focus on delivering support in incident management, providing high quality services to customers all around the world. You will be responsible for supporting customers in system inquiries, working closely and establishing global connection with colleagues in different locations in the world.

    Responsibilities:

    • 1st Level Support
    • Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail/ticketing system or phone
    • Process and monitor technical incidents
    • Advise and support the customer in consideration of functional requests
    • Assist the customer in resolving 1st level issues
    • Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd level of support
    • Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research
    • Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills in German and English languages
    • Previous customer service related experience
    • Proactive and analytical approach
    • Good problem solving skills
    • Solution orientated and a team player
    • Desire to grow and develop in IT industry

    Work Schedule:

    • Shift structure: Start as early as 7 AM and end no later than 9 PM
    • On-Call Duties: Night time (9 PM to 7 AM) and on weekends
    • Shifts and On-Calls are pre-scheduled and rotated among the team members equally

    Salary:

    • Monthly gross base salary from 1600 to 2200 EUR, depending on level of expertise

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure clients’ IT cybersecurity management functions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2) and ISO 27001 requirements.
    • Conduct information security audits, assessments, and compliance analysis.
    • Perform IT risk analysis and coordinate BCP/DR planning.
    • Develop and update information security policies, procedures, and other regulatory documents.
    • Conduct internal assessments and analysis of security tests results, define corrective actions.
    • Prepare presentations of clients’ security assessment results and recommendations.
    • Organize and conduct employees’ information security training and awareness checks.

     

    Requirements:

    • Highly educated in IT, cybersecurity, information security, data protection, or a related field.
    • Familiar with regulatory requirements for IT cybersecurity management.
    • Fluent in Latvian and have good English skills (including industry terminology).
    • Have at least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity management or at least 5 years in information security with international certifications (CISM, CISSP, or similar).
    • Practically experienced in implementing information security management at work or in security standards (ISO/IEC 27001), including conducting security audits.
    • Knowledgeable about EU and Latvian cybersecurity regulations (e.g., NIS2, National Cybersecurity Law, Cabinet Regulations, sectoral regulations).

  • SOC Analyst

    The company is now hiring an experienced SOC Analyst.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Security Monitoring and Response: Perform real-time proactive security monitoring, detection and response to security events and incidents from the various SOC entry channels (SIEM, Tickets, Email and Phone).
    • Incident Categorization: Categorize and assist with resolution of incoming security events and raise necessary incidents after a thorough quality check of the event data.
    • Incident Analysis: Conduct thorough checklist-based investigation of security events generated by detection mechanisms such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, AV, EDR.
    • Incident Escalation: Based on the security incident severity, escalate to service support teams, Tier 2 information security specialists, and/or customer as appropriate to perform further investigation and resolution.
    • Incident Resolution: Work independently or closely with Tier 2 and core support, providing adequate information about incidents required for resolution.
    • Incident Management: Participate in security incident management and vulnerability management processes.
    • Operational Improvements: Recommend enhancements to SOC processes & procedures.
    • Documentation: Ensure clear and concise documentation of analyzed security incidents adhering to SOC internal documentation guidelines.
    • Optimization: Provide input on tuning and optimization of security systems and correlation rules (e.g. whitelist requests).

    Requirments:

    • Has a foundational understanding of basic computer networking (TCP/IP stack, VPN, proxies, firewalls).
    • Comfortable working with Linux or Windows operating systems and is aware of some of the differences between the operating systems (also from the security perspective).
    • Understands basic monitoring and data analysis concepts such as time trends, statistical anomalies, log and metrics analysis.
    • Knowledge of common cyber threats such as phishing, scanning, vulnerability exploitation and malware.
    • Understands cloud access and authentication mechanisms and principles on a foundational level (SSO, MFA, least privilege).
    • Foundational experience using or configuring security tools and technologies (SIEM / EDR / AntiVirus).
    • Basic skills in a scripting or programming language such as Bash, Powershell or Python.
    • An overview of the cyber-kill chain framework and its application in security incidents.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, case management and ticketing systems.
    • Excellent English language knowledge
    • At least 3 years of experience in this Cybersecurity field
    • Necessary education: Preferred Cybersecurity / Engineering / IT University graduate / student/ undergraduate

    Work Organization:

    • Work is organized in a 24-hour schedule (including weekends), covered through 9-hour shifts (including one our lunch break).
    • All shifts are planned in advance and rotated fairly so everyone shares the workload equally and has enough time to rest and recharge.

    We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer / Architect to help design and build modern web applications using PHP (Symfony) and React. You’ll work on both frontend and backend systems, ensure solid architecture, and help guide technical decisions across the team.

    Responsibilities
    • Design and develop web applications using Symfony (PHP) and React (JavaScript).
    • Create and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code.
    • Work closely with designers, developers, and product teams.
    • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and other backend services.
    • Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high performance.
    • Contribute to technical planning and architectural decisions.
    • Support and mentor other developers when needed.

    Requirements
    • Strong experience with PHP 8+ and Symfony framework.
