    Strategic Staffing Solutions client – a global electronics manufacturer – is seeking a new member – PEX Manager 

    Position Overview:

    Lead environmental and material compliance for the company’s component portfolio, ensuring full adherence to global regulatory requirements and customer-specific standards. Oversee restricted substance programs, maintain accurate material declarations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Legal, and Quality teams to embed environmental compliance throughout the entire product lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Monitor, interpret, and implement environmental regulations relevant to electronic components, including:
      • Conflict Minerals
      • RoHS, REACH (SVHC & Annex XVII)
      • WEEE, ELV
      • TSCA, Prop 65, and other global chemical regulations
      • IEC, JEDEC, IPC compliance standards (e.g., IPC-1752A)
      • POPs, SCIP, CBAM etc.
    • Develop internal policies and procedures to ensure sustained compliance for high-volume, multi-SKU electronic component lines.
    • Provide expert guidance to engineering, quality, and product management on regulatory impacts and design-for-compliance considerations.
    • Develop and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders covering environmental regulations and label requirements (e.g., CE, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65)
    • Conduct substance impact analyses and support material substitution/redesign for restricted chemicals
    • Lead investigations into non-compliance and remediation initiatives

    Supplier Compliance:

    • Collaborate with global suppliers to obtain accurate and complete materials data, including chemical composition and test reports.
    • Conduct supplier audits to verify adherence to RoHS, REACH, halogen-free, and material purity requirements.
    • Support supplier development activities to improve data quality and compliance readiness.
    • Compliance Systems and Reporting:
    • Maintain internal compliance databases (e.g., Assent, 3E Toxnot, or equivalent systems)
    • Support customer reporting portals and respond to environmental compliance questionnaires, audits and inquiries.
    • Track and report environmental KPIs such as % RoHS-compliant SKUs, supplier data completion rates, and new regulatory impacts.
    • Ensure accurate regulatory filings, technical dossiers, and substance reporting to authorities

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to embed compliance in component design and production
    • Work with operations and manufacturing to ensure material changes and process updates remain compliant.
    • Collaborate with sales and customer service to provide technical compliance support to customers.

  • Junior/ Senior Sales Manager

    As a Sales Manager, you will drive enterprise software services sales across Germany, with additional exposure to the Netherlands market. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and delivering revenue growth by selling SAP, ERP modernization, AI/ML, Data & Analytics, and Digital Transformation solutions to mid-market and large enterprises. This role requires a strong track record in IT services sales and the ability to work effectively with global delivery teams across offshore and nearshore models.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts across Germany
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets
    • Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT/digital stakeholders
    • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure
    • Position solutions across SAP, ERP transformation, AI & Data, cloud, and integration services
    • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to create proposals
    • Lead RFP/RFI responses, negotiations, and contract closures
    • Represent the company in industry events and build partnerships within the ecosystem

    Requirements

    • 8–15 years of experience in IT services or consulting sales
    • Proven track record selling SAP, ERP, or enterprise technology services
    • Experience in AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation sales
    • Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles (€1M+ deals)
    • Good understanding of SAP/ERP, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI), AI/ML, and data ecosystems
    • Experience working with offshore (India) and nearshore (Eastern Europe) delivery models
    • Excellent English communication skills; German is a strong advantage
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA is a plus)

    With consistent growth over the last decade, the company continues to expand and is currently looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Consultant for their Business Centre in Warsaw.

    What you will do:

    • Take care of Danish-speaking customers (B2B and B2C) via phone and email

      Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

      • Provide IT support for facility access control system (Lenel OnGuard), Identity / Badge management system(s) (AlertEnterprise Guardian/HSC), and integrations with badge readers and surveillance camera systems (Milestone xProtect)

      • Support the security case & investigation management system (Resolver / ISMS) and security forensics analytics

      • Pursue opportunities to simplify architectures, integrations, data models, and workflows currently designed to enable complex requirements around enterprise-wide identity management, badging, and visitor management processes. Advocate business process workflow automation and standardization

      • Document system changes and process flows. Advocate diligent management of change, impact analysis, testing, change management & training, and collaboration with IT stakeholder groups (i.e. Infrastructure group) to ensure reliable releases

      • Use existing governance models to develop business cases, prioritize requests, and plan for implementation. Collaborate closely with business partners to model business data, business processes, and business rules to ensure alternatives have been carefully considered and that the chosen solution meets business requirements and objectives

      • Provide design consulting and configuration for site implementations

      • Work with investigative service teams to provide complex global data analysis to support security investigations

      Required Qualifications:

      • Lenel Silver / Gold / Platinum / Master Certification to access support utilities and engage with Lenel engineering teams

      • Proven experience implementing or supporting large-scale enterprise access control systems and knowledge of relay/PLC logic

      • Programming experience, database modeling, advanced SQL Server querying experience, DB administration, analytics

      • Knowledge of industry trends such as cloud hosting, integration, analytics / data foundations, mobility, and IoT

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with ServiceNow Incident & Change Management Tool

      • Understanding of typical Information Risk Management controls to ensure cybersecurity, system reliability, and IT compliance

      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
