    The Assembly EOL / Test & Finishing Process & Equipment Engineering Manager leads engineering teams responsible for ensuring robust processes, capable equipment, and operational excellence across Assembly End-of-Line (Molding, Plating, DTFS) and Test & Finishing manufacturing areas. This role drives cost reduction, quality improvement, and long-term technology readiness to support factory competitiveness and future growth.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Process & Equipment Leadership

    • Oversee the stability, capability, and performance of Assembly EOL and Test & Finishing processes.
    • Lead troubleshooting of process deviations, equipment failures, and quality issues using structured problem-solving methods.
