    Currently they are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical KYC Specialist  to join their compliance team. The ideal 
    candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough customer due diligence to verify the identity of clients, assess potential risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of KYC processes, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and financial compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform KYC checks for new and existing clients, including identity verification, documentation review, and risk assessment.
    • Monitor transactions and customer activity to detect and report suspicious behavior.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
    • Assist in audits, regulatory reporting, and investigations as required.
    • Stay updated with changes in AML, KYC, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
    • At least 1-2 years of previous experience in KYC, AML, or financial compliance
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
    • Proficient in relevant software tools and databases.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to Managing Directors, as well as ad-hoc assistance to more junior team members.

    You will be part of a collaborative team of assistants supporting professionals across company, ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Full in-house and remote training will be provided, along with ongoing support from the Team Supervisor throughout the engagement.This position is offered as an 18-month contract with the possibility of extension. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide extensive diary and calendar management for multiple Managing Directors
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls across various time zones
    • Manage high volumes of emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication

    What you’ll do:

    • Record and report company fixed assets (such as equipment, buildings, and machinery) accurately and on time according to company deadlines for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
    • Investigate and resolve accounting errors or discrepancies related to fixed assets for the assigned business unit.
    • Work closely with technical teams and project leaders to track and account for capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.

    We are seeking an IT Operations Engineer to provide hands-on, on-site IT support at our Chippenham facility. This role ensures the smooth operation of local IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user environments across both office and manufacturing settings, working closely with regional IT Operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
    • Troubleshoot user access, connectivity, and application issues.
    • Perform routine checks and basic administration of local servers, ESX hosts, backups, and network equipment.
    • Act as first responder for IT incidents, including outages and device failures.
