    Strategic Staffing Solutions International Client –  a Finnish company with a Shared Service Center in Vilnius that covers Operations functions for various company’s locations, such as accounting, procurement, client support etc.

    As the team is growing, we are looking for a Credit Controller to join the team in Vilnius.

    Areas of responsibility

    • Responsibility of completing the credit management and collection process activities for allocated business partners to effectively achieve KPIs as set
    • Deal with internal and external business partners at the market level to obtain required information in order to complete credit risk assessments
    • Perform external credit checks (On-line) and trade reference verification, when required as part of the credit risk assessment process
    • Communicate and co-ordinate credit limit setting with the internal market level business partners
    • Confer with customer by email to facilitate payment of overdue accounts
    • Co-ordinate the dunning processes for multiple accounts, including the reporting of the status of the dunning to the internal local market areas
    • Provide overdue and collections activities support on business partners
    • Collect and Co-ordinate identified disputes from business partners to effect resolution with the appropriate point of sales contact within the market areas
    • Participate and contribute to process improvement and harmonization initiatives

     

    Basic Requirements

    • >1 year of experience in Customer Credit and Collection/Credit Limit Management
    • SAP FICO (AR) experience would be an advantage
    • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and other relevant technical skills
    • Fluency in English is mandatory, Spanish language is considered as an asset

  • Payroll Analyst

    Job Description: Payroll Analyst (Lithuania & Europe)
    Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (Hybrid)
    Department: Human Resources
    Reports to: Payroll Manager

    Role Purpose
    Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll and Time & Attendance data for Lithuania and supporting payroll activities across other European countries as needed.
    This role ensures compliance with local labor, tax, and social security regulations and contributes to delivering consistent, efficient, and positive payroll experience for employees across Europe.

    Key Responsibilities
    Payroll Processing & Compliance (40%)
    • Prepare and process end to end payroll for Lithuanian employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local legislation.
    • Support payroll processing activities for other European countries, in collaboration with internal teams and external payroll providers.
    • Ensure correct calculation and payment of salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and social security contributions.
    • Manage year end payroll activities and statutory reporting, including terminations and off cycle payments.
    • Ensure timely submission and payment of payroll related taxes and mandatory contributions.
    Data Management & Systems (30%)
    • Collect, validate, and maintain payroll related data, including time, absences, compensation, and benefits.
    • Maintain and verify payroll and T&A transactions in Workday and Employee Portal and ensure accurate data flow to payroll systems.
    • Prepare payroll accruals and standard payroll reports for Finance and management.
    Employee & Stakeholder Support (20%)
    • Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries and complex pay‑related issues in a professional, timely, and service‑oriented manner.
    • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations.
    • Support internal and external audits by preparing payroll data, documentation, and explanations, and by responding to audit inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
    Process Improvement & Projects (10%)
    • Participate in payroll process of optimization and system improvement initiatives.
    • Support payroll related projects, including system implementations, integrations, or process standardization across Europe.
    • Perform additional payroll administration tasks as assigned by the Payroll Manager.

    Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related payroll/HR role.
    • Experience with Lithuanian payroll and statutory requirements is required.
    • Exposure to multi country or European payroll environments is an advantage.

    Skills & Competencies
    • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and data accuracy.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with HR and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, Business Central) is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain payroll‑related topics clearly to employees and stakeholders across functions and countries.

    What you will do:
