    hey are currently looking for an Accountant to join their Accounts Payable Team in Vilnius.

    Ensure that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately according to established standards and procedures. Handle and take ownership of queries in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process invoices for the assigned company codes, in a timely manner according to the standard procedures and the company guidelines
    • Handle requests sent to the mail boxes for the company codes assigned
    • Participate in period-close procedures
    • Review deliverables prepared by junior members of the team
    • Support teamwork, collaboration and consistency across all sites and functions
    • Continuously and accurately document service-related business knowledge: DTPs, process maps and other related documents
    • Provide high quality services according to KPIs, agreed controls, policies and procedures, etc.
    • Participate and support improvements projects, changes implementation, new ERP systems and tools implementation, misc.
    • Execute all other position related tasks delegated by line manager

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of accounting experience.
    • Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Understanding of Accounts Payable processes.
    • Customer service mindset.
    • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented approach.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
    • Fluent written and verbal English.
    • Experience with SAP and Basware would be considered an advantage.

  • Solutions Architects with cybersecurity/cryptography

    Strategic Staffing Solutions client – a large Scandinavian bank – is currently seeking Solutions Architects with cybersecurity/cryptography experience to join them for a 12+ month project.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with internal stakeholders and define the end-to-end solution architecture for the cryptographic inventory, including discovery, ingestion, normalisation, enrichment, validation, reporting and lifecycle management of cryptographic assets.
    • Security architecture and design: Design the target data model covering certificates, keys, algorithms, protocols, cipher suites, key stores, trust stores, HSMs, KMS services, secrets platforms, ownership, criticality, expiry, compliance status and exceptions.
    • Define and validate integrations with key source systems such as CMDB, application portfolios, PKI, certificate lifecycle tools, HSMs, cloud KMS, secrets managers, CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability tools, GRC and SIEM platforms.
    • Stakeholder collaboration: Work with a variety of stakeholders including third parties, product vendors, leadership, peers in the security organisation and across the company and establish ownership and governance models for cryptographic assets, communicate complex security topics in a clear, business relevant way.
    • Define security controls for the inventory platform, including access management, privileged access, segregation of duties, audit logging, encryption, monitoring and secure administration.
    • Regulatory and compliance alignment: Work with security requirements and support compliance to ensure solution contribute to internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements.
    • Support security engineering teams by reviewing designs, advising on configuration, validating integrations, supporting testing and ensuring the solution is ready for production.
    • Continuous improvement: Facilitate architecture assurance, risk assessments and threat modelling to ensure the solution meets security, audit, operational resilience, data protection and third-party risk requirements.

     

    Requirements:

    • Solid working understanding of cryptography, including encryption, signing, hashing, certificates, PKI, key lifecycle management, HSMs, KMS platforms, cipher suites and cryptographic protocols.
    • Broad hands-on knowledge of application, infrastructure, cloud, hybrid environment and network security, including secure design principles and common control requirements.
    • Experience working with stakeholders across the organisation in designing secure integrations using APIs, connectors, or event-driven patterns across enterprise platforms.
    • Desirable certifications include CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
    • Advanced diplomatic and communication skills in English.

    Strategic Staffing Solutions International is supporting a leading healthcare insurance provider in hiring a Member Account Processor who will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth operations within the membership and billing department.

    What you will do:

    • Work with 2 different channels of communication: answering incoming calls and processing written inquiries.
    • Update and maintain insurance membership records using various systems and tools.
    •  Handle incoming calls by providing excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction while providing clear and accurate information.
    • Assist customers with billing questions, explaining charges, membership details, and contract terms.

  • Adobe Workfront System & Applications Administrator

    Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s client, a major player in the healthcare industry, is looking for a new team member to join their Shared Service Center in Lithuania.

    As Adobe Workfront Application Administrator, you will be responsible for the strategic ownership, governance, administration and oversight of the Adobe Workfront platform as well as license management for Adobe Creative Cloud platform. This role ensures that the Workfront is aligned with business objectives, supports operational excellence, and delivers value across teams. 

    What you will do:

    • Act as the primary owner of the Adobe Workfront platform, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and priorities.
    • Define and maintain the application strategy, roadmap, and vision in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
    • Evaluate and recommend new features, integrations, and enhancements to improve platform effectiveness.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and Adobe support to address platform needs and challenges.
    • Serve as the primary administrator for the Adobe Workfront platform, including Workfront Fusion
    • Manage Workfront integrations e.g. Integrating with Adobe Creative cloud plugins and more.
    • Configure and maintain system settings, user permissions, project templates, workflows, and custom fields.
    • Oversee user account creation, updates, deactivation, and application deployment processes
    • Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards, Information security standards, and regulatory requirements
    • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and custom views to provide actionable insights for leadership and teams
    • Provide day-to-day support for Workfront users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors.
    • Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and workshops to onboard new users and enhance adoption.
    • Act as a liaison between end-users and Adobe support for escalated issues.
    • Stay updated on Adobe Workfront’s latest features, releases, and best practices.
    • Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts in collaboration with IT and stakeholders.
    • Draft and distribute notifications to end-users regarding system bugs or product/process updates.
    • Manage the budget and licensing renewals processes for Adobe Workfront as well as for Adobe Creative Cloud, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
      Consolidation of Adobe products licenses into Adobe enterprise console in order to streamline system management and reduce redundancy.
    • Act as the primary contact for vendor relationships, including Adobe and third-party partners (if applicable).
    • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

    What you will need:

    • Willingness to occasionally join late meetings to align with US time zones.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 2+ years of experience administering Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
    • Proficiency in configuring and managing Workfront features such as templates, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Fusion skills: Ability to build Fusion scenarios and work with APIs/JSON. (building end-to-end automations using modules, routers, filters, aggregators, iterators).
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively, as needed.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with information security practices and reviews for the Adobe Workfront
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and its integration with Workfront.
    • Experience with enterprise software consolidation and onboarding processes.
    • Experience in change management (ServiceNow) and user adoption strategies.
    • Scripting/programming experience (JavaScript/Python) is a plus for advanced integrations.
    • Adobe Certified Professional – Workfront Core Certification is a plus.
    • Experience with Workfront Fusion, Adobe enterprise systems is a plus.

    What you will get:

    • 3,800 – 5,500 EUR gross/month.
