Strategic Staffing Solutions‘ client Hollister Incorporated is looking for Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Kaunas.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a partner to plant teams & leadership and support Plant Controller, providing financial insights that drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and long-term value creation.
- Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments to support investment decisions and business planning.
- Own the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecasts, and long-range financial models.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for management and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee and continuously improve cost accounting processes, including standard costing, overhead allocation, and cost roll-ups.
- Analyze and interpret manufacturing variances, identifying root causes and partnering with operations to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor plant performance, productivity, and financial health.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and external regulations.
- Support automated reporting tools development and create templates to streamline recurring processes and reduce manual effort.
- Manage inventory valuation, reconciliation, and reporting, ensuring alignment with supply chain and finance objectives.
- Support capital expenditure planning and post-investment analysis to evaluate ROI and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with the Plant Controller to shape the finance team’s strategic direction and talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Background in cost accounting and financial analysis, with hands-on experience in plant operational finance.
- Prior experience in multinational companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or similar field is required.
- Advanced Financial Analysis & Modeling skills.
- Experience with SAP ERP System.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Active listening and effective communication across cross-functional teams.
- English and Lithuanian language required
