Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support enterprise VDI environments based on Citrix
- Administer and maintain large-scale Windows 11 desktop environments (~80,000 devices)
- Perform BAU activities: deployments, upgrades, patching, and ongoing platform maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex VDI and Windows issues, including escalations
- Engineer and implement improvements, including automation (PowerShell) and platform optimization
- Support and enhance on-premises virtual desktop infrastructure
- Collaborate with global teams and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:

At least 6+ years of systems engineer experience with Windows and VDI

At least basic PowerShell skills

Experience engineering, managing, and supporting Virtualizations Platforms VMWare ESX must

Experience engineering, managing, and supporting environments involving VDI (Citrix, RDS), and Microsoft Desktop

In-depth knowledge in Windows OS internals and group policy
