Software Engineer – Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic Software Engineering Chapter. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of software solutions throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Consistently deliver innovative solutions, driving them through design, planning, development, deployment and support, simplifying business processes and workflows to drive business value.
Develop software solutions leveraging established technology standards and collaborate with internal partners to develop new technology standards
Deliver results in collaboration with other software engineering and technical teams. Constructively and positively influence own and other teams/organizations direction
Work with technologies like: .Net, SQL, XML, Ansible, Mobile app stores
The Software Engineer will have an initial assignment in the DevOps / Mobility team in a team product line within the IT Foundation platform. Team is responsible for the maintenance and support of services and tools used by the enterprise pipeline. These tools are essential for enabling developer productivity and efficiency. These include Build Agents, Azure DevOps, Github Advanced Security for ADO (Ghazdo), Artifactory, StackOverflow, and SourceGraph, among others. It also includes management and support of mobile application stores such as Intune, Apperian, Google Play and Apple Stores.
