Azure Integration Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking an Azure Integration Engineer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise system-to-system integrations using Microsoft Azure Integration Services. This role is focused exclusively on application and data integrations between enterprise platforms, ensuring reliable and secure data exchange across business systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Service Bus, along with a solid understanding of REST APIs and OAuth authentication. This is an integration-focused role and does not include API development, data warehousing, analytics, reporting, or business intelligence responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance system-to-system integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions (C#), and Azure Data Factory.

• Build and support integration workflows that enable reliable data exchange between enterprise applications.

• Consume existing REST APIs and integrate with enterprise services using OAuth authentication.

• Send and receive data through existing Azure Service Bus implementations.

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize integration solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather integration requirements and implement solutions.

• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities for integration services.

• Follow source control, branching, and CI/CD best practices using GitHub Enterprise and/or Azure DevOps.

• Document integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing integrations using Azure Functions (C#), Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Data Factory.

• Strong C# development skills.

• Experience consuming REST APIs.

• Experience authenticating and consuming APIs using OAuth.

• Experience sending and receiving messages using Azure Service Bus.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and how it integrates with enterprise applications.

• Understanding of integration patterns and ETL processes for operational system integrations.

• Familiarity with Git-based source control, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.

• Experience using GitHub Enterprise and/or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ansible.

• Experience working within enterprise integration environments.

• Experience supporting production integration environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics with external enterprise systems.

• Exposure to cloud-native integration architectures.
