We are currently seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join the Information System for the Supervision of the Non-Food Products Market (RIPRIS) project team. The client – State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
Built using Angular for the front-end and Spring Boot for the back-end, the platform features dynamically generated user interfaces based on a form-driven architecture. We work within Agile/SCRUM methodologies to develop, maintain, and enhance the system. The solution incorporates generative AI components such as object recognition, OCR, AI-based translation, and delivers content in diverse formats including images, videos, 3D video, AR, and VR.
What you will do
- Lead development and maintenance of front-end and back-end components;
- Design and implement dynamic UI and form-based solutions;
- Oversee and enhance AI-driven features and modern content delivery technologies;
- Collaborate in an Agile/SCRUM team setting;
- Ensure and improve code quality, security, and maintainability;
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
What we expect
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
- Strong expertise in Java and JavaScript;
- Proficiency in Angular (or similar SPA frameworks) and Spring Boot, with experience in developing REST APIs;
- Solid understanding of dynamic UI development;
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies;
- Excellent Lithuanian and proficient English (both oral and written).
Nice to have:
- Experience with TypeScript and modern front-end development practices;
- Familiarity with Responsive Design and Accessibility standards;
- Knowledge of Database design and ORM frameworks;
- Understanding of Docker and containerized environments;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git);
- Interest in AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
