Strategic Staffing Solutions International is hiring a Mid Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to support a high-scale, distributed SaaS platform. The role focuses on developing and maintaining sophisticated backend services, contributing to system architecture, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails.
- Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis/ElastiCache, and background job frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications and integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid approach to debugging and problem resolution.
- Clear and effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience participating in architectural discussions and mentoring team members.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and ceremonies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in hospitality technology, e-commerce platforms, or SaaS products.
- Experience delivering tailored solutions for client-specific requirements.
- Ability to guide technical decisions and present solutions to stakeholders.
- Exposure to serverless architectures and modern front-end technologies such as Angular.
