Responsibilities:
Release Manager (senior profile) with excellent coordination and reporting skills and with proven experience in releasing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and release coordination, particularly in hybrid environments combining out-of- the-box (OOTB) and customized functionalities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise and stakeholder management skills. Further qualifications:
- Release management (planning and follow-up),
- Dependency matrix and coverage across squads
- strong project management and communication
As the Release Manager for Danske Bank’s CRM Dynamics 365, you will also serve as the primary liaison with our vendor Release and Test Manager.
Requirements:
CRM Release Experience
- Extensive hands-on release experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficient in validating both OOTB features and custom configurations/extensions.
Release Coordination
- Experience managing release cycles, including coordination across development, QA, and operations teams.
- Familiarity with hybrid deployment models and change management
Vendor and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Proven ability to collaborate with third-party vendors, internal business units, and IT/development teams.

Agile/Hybrid Project Methodology Knowledge

Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery

Adaptable release planning based on project Release & Test Management Tools Expertise

Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Service Now or similar platforms.
