As Senior Payroll Analyst, you will manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, prepare reports, support audits, and collaborate with vendors and teams to improve payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of end-to-end payroll operations.
- Support payroll compliance by following established procedures and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze payroll and financial reports.
- Assist with audit requests by gathering and organizing payroll documentation.
- Participate in month-end closing activities, accounts reconciliation.
- Communicate with payroll vendors to resolve routine issues.
- Participate in payroll-related projects and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with any EMEA country payroll.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving nature.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English.
