Startegic Satffing Solutions’ customer is a global manufacturer of engineered material solutions, with over 70 years of experience and operations across multiple international locations.
As their Global IT Infrastructure team is growing, they are seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer for a 12-month contract with further extension. In this role, you will take ownership of our global client device ecosystem – managing endpoint security, patch compliance, OS deployments, and automated software delivery across Windows (and macOS) devices.
You will work closely with the Endpoint Manager to modernize our IT infrastructure, transition to automated zero-touch provisioning, and ensure our global fleet meets strict security and operational baselines.
What you will do:
- Design, implement, and maintain global endpoint management policies using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, NinjaOne, and Tanium.
- Package, test, and silently deploy core applications, updates, and custom configurations across a distributed global user base.
- Manage modern provisioning workflows (Windows Autopilot) to achieve a zero-touch deployment model for new hires and hardware refreshes.
- Design, implement, and maintain global endpoint management policies using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, NinjaOne, and Tanium.
- Package, test, and silently deploy core applications, updates, and custom configurations across a distributed global user base.
- Manage modern provisioning workflows (Windows Autopilot) to achieve a zero-touch deployment model for new hires and hardware refreshes.
- Execute global patch management schedules for OS and third-party applications, maintaining high patch compliance rates.
- Utilize Tanium for real-time asset visibility, vulnerability monitoring, and proactive remediation.
- Enforce disk encryption (BitLocker), endpoint protection, and Conditional Access policies.
- Develop robust PowerShell scripts to automate routine system administration tasks, system configurations, and custom WMI queries.
- Adhere to strict Change & Release Management processes for all production environment modifications.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user-facing knowledge base articles.
What you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Management / Systems Engineering in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Autopilot, and Windows 10/11 Enterprise.
- Hands-on experience with NinjaOne and/or Tanium (deploying packages, building sensors, managing monitors).
- Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities (WMI queries, registry manipulation, silent installer execution).
- Strong experience with enterprise PC hardware management.
- Understanding of ITIL Change Management principles.
- Fluent English proficiency skills (written and spoken).
