The company is a recognized leader in delivering comprehensive hiring support services designed to streamline workloads and address key hiring needs.
The company offers global screening services in over 200 countries and territories, specializing in criminal background checks, education and employment verification, reference checks, MVR screening, passport verification, and government-issued ID checks.
As the company continues to expand its presence in Lithuania, they are currently seeking a Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance our current web-based platform and innovate new greenfield products using Python and MySQL on AWS using micro-services, serverless and other relevant architecture.
- Build AI solutions to solve business problems using OpenAI. No prior experience is required but should be interested in learning.
- Build unit tests and develop high-quality and maintainable software.
- Adhere to best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in the design and implementation of software solutions, following best practices and coding standards.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions.
- Document software design, development processes, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and product owners.
- Work closely with experienced developers, software architects, and project managers to create high-quality solutions.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Python.
- 3+ years of experience in back-end development.
- 1+ years of experience in front-end development.
- Experience with async frameworks, like Aiohttp or FastAPI.
- Expertise in backend programming including database programming and Rest API programming.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in MySQL or other database programming.
- Experience with any Git based source control.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum processes.
Salary up to 5000 EUR gross monthly
