Role Overview
We are looking for a full-stack PHP Developer (Laravel / react) to join the existing development team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP
- Design and implement backend logic and RESTful APIs
- Work with databases (MySQL or equivalent) to ensure data integrity and performance
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a full-stack PHP/JS Developer
- Strong knowledge of PHP and backend development principles
- Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases)
- Familiarity with JavaScript, and how they integrate with PHP-based backends
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes and microservice architecture
- Knowledge of Docker or CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working on large-scale or high-traffic systems
- Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
- Experience with react, JS, node.js
- Experience with custom solution development using PHP
