Strategic Staffing Solutions International‘s customer is a multinational leader in electronic manufacturing, producing a wide range of circuit protection products, electronic switches, and automotive sensors worldwide.
Currently, their team in Kaunas is looking for a new team member to join the Inside Sales team supporting the DACH region. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, supporting a variety of sales and customer service activities, including sales support, pricing, quoting, financial reporting, business reviews, research, and problem-solving, while building stronger relationships with the customer base.
What you will do:
- Provide support to the customers and the outside sales team in Germany (no cold calling is required)
- Facilitate presales activities, manage, and track sample requests
- Validate price offers for direct and indirect customers in CRM
- Collect and analyze sales data for specific product groups
- Follow-up on approved quotes, lost business, and end customer demand
- Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction to drive sales by understanding customer needs
- Maintain communication between marketing and sales to meet corporate objectives
What you will need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing industrie
- Experience working in an international cross-cultural environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, strong basic knowledge of the German language
- Very good Excel and analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize
