With a strong worldwide presence, they focus on investment banking, markets, asset management, and consumer finance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 8+ years of hands-on professional experience using a modern programming language (preferably TypeScript).
- Strong technical ability, willingness to learn and evolve your skills with advances in technology.
- Solid hands-on experience in modern UI development with React and TypeScript
- Proficiency architecting, designing, developing and deploying Cloud-native solutions (preferably AWS).
- Experience with Server-less platforms such as AWS Lambda, AWS Batch etc.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code languages such as Terraform or Cloud Formation for managing and provisioning infrastructure.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and development best practices.
- Solid experience with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, DB2, Sybase) and NoSQL data stores (MongoDB or ElasticSearch).
- Strong communication skills to be able to form relationships with stakeholders and break down functionality to a non-technical audience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code languages such as Terraform or Cloud Formation for managing and provisioning infrastructure.
- Commercially focused; seeks to understand the requirements and how they will benefit our clients, stakeholders, and business
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
