Strategic Staffing Solutions International client – a leading global electronics manufacturer with nearly a century of innovation behind them – is looking for a Cost Analyst to join their growing team in Lipa, Philippines.
In this role, you’ll evaluate and interpret financial statements to determine manufacturing costs, analyze complex financial data, and assess how changes in design, materials, labor, or production methods affect costs.
What You’ll Do:
• 50% – Analyze financial and production data to calculate how much it costs to make each product.
• 35% – Record and maintain cost information, and review audit reports related to production costs.
• 10% – Prepare reports comparing expected production costs with actual costs and suggest improvements when needed.
• 5% – Review internal processes and data reports to recommend better ways to manage and analyze information at company’s location.
For a perfect match, you need:
• Bachelor or university degree (Preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field); MBA preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience; need to understand cost structure
• Knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office, SAP
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Progress towards CPA preferred
• Financial booking accuracy
