Strategic Staffing Solutions International client – one of the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments companies in the world. Leveraging decades of industry expertise to deliver smarter money movements – is looking for Business Analyst to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs; translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Evaluate and prioritize requirements to ensure consistency with the overall product strategy and business goals.
- Utilize data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure alignment across Sales Enablement, product teams, and other business units.
Qualifications
- Higher education in economics, finance, IT, mathematics, or statistics.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Mandatory proficiency in Jira and Confluence (Atlassian suite).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Salary: 3500 – 3800 gross/month.
